The Hadean Period, also known as the Origin of Life, is Earth's oldest geological era, dating back over 4.5 billion years. It was named after the Greek god Hades, representing the hot and harsh conditions when our planet was still forming. Surprisingly, oceans existed during this time, despite the extreme temperatures. Making them our oldest ancestral link.

The idea of an underworld, symbolizing the deepest and unknown parts of ourselves, has always intrigued me. This collection of animations connects the unexplored depths of the ocean with the mysterious parts of ourselves that we may only catch glimpses in our dreams, like little fragments that wash ashore.
